Mesh Radiator Grille for Suzuki Boulevard M109R. Our mesh is made from 1.8mm high quality woven stainless steel then chrome plated for the best look. We do NOT use cheap perferated or punched metal for our mesh grills. Our mesh is similar to mesh found on high cars in the auto industry. This provides the best look with the best flow and protection. Woven mesh is also much easier to clean as it has no sharp edges.
Mesh is welded to the surrounding frame that is made from mirror polished stainless steel. (Welds are stainless)
Bolt on grill that replaces stock plastic radiator cover. Detailed instructions included.
Why Stainless Steel? Radiator Grilles are in a place that is guaranteed to be hit by gravel and road debris. Chromed mild steel will easily chip then rust. Stainless steel will never rust. We do offer chrome and powder coat if desired for additional cost. Even our chromed grilles are made out of stainless steel so it still won't rust if the chrome is chipped by rocks. |
